Pangilinan married actress-singer Sharon Cuneta in 1996. Then, the Megastar already has a daughter, KC Concepcion, from her previous marriage with actor and former loveteam partner Gabby Concepcion.

Despite not being biologically related, the Senator and his stepdaughter are close to each other like real father and daughter. It is visible what kind of a father he is in the way that KC treats him.

The celebrity couple’s marriage is blessed with two (2) daughters, Frankie and Miel, and their adoptive son, Miguel. Visibly, they live a happy family life.
