Donita Rose expressed what she wrote in a letter to Eric Villarama.
DONITA ROSE – Television host, actress, and former MTV Asia VJ Donita Rose revealed how she knew that she has forgiven her estranged husband Eric Villarama.
Donita Rose and Eric Villarama have been a couple for more than a decade. It was in 2001 when they met and after dating for around two years, the two officially tied the knot in Santa Barbara, California.
Donita and Eric share a son named Joshua Paul. However, in 2016, many were left surprised after the actress-host admitted that she and Eric have already separated. Photos of Eric together with another woman were posted on the social media.
After the controversy about the ending of her marriage with Eric, Donita could rarely be seen appearing on the television screen. Meanwhile, her close friends have been vocal about their support to her in what she went through.
After some time of being away from the spotlight, Donita Rose is now back and is part of the currently-showing film Seven Sundays.
Based on a report, other casts of the said family comedy-drama film directed by director Cathy Garcia-Molina are Enrique Gil, Dingdong Dantes, Cristine Reyes, Ronaldo Valdez, and Aga Muhlach. Donita plays the role of Aga’s wife.

During her appearance, the actress shared how her mother worked so hard and her father taking the back seat leading her to somehow make a vow that she would be the provider of herself.
According to her, when she married, “it was very evident” in their relationship that she does not trust her husband when it comes to providing for her and he felt that “he wasn’t the man of the home”.
Meanwhile, based on the report, when asked how she knew that she has forgiven her estranged husband, Donita Rose revealed that she wrote a letter for him when he asked to have their son.
According to the actress-television host, in the letter, she asked forgiveness from him for all the shortcomings. She cited those shortcomings in the letter. She also told him that she has forgiven him as she cites the instances wherein she has forgiven Eric.
