In 1928, the ice cream of Morris Cowley Ice Cream Van has a highly guarded treasure. It was just only in 1718 when the recipe was translated into English.

The technique of using egg yolks as the custard base of the ice cream started in France around the middle of the 18th century. Americans had the taste of this in 1800.
