Love Letter Unravels Man’s 40 Years of Hidden Affection For A Woman
After high school, Jerry found work making deliveries for an electrical and plumbing wholesaler. It was a fun job for him but he had a back injury in 1983. That year, at 36 years old he had a divorce and another devastating thing happened, he lost his father.
So, this opted Jerry to find a job behind the desk. One night, he opened up the Sheboygan Press and saw an ad for the University of Wisconsin. He grabbed that opportunity and earned a degree in physical geography.
Then, Jerry worked in Spokane, Washington as a cartographer in the mapping department of the U.S. Geological Survey. He would just visit Wisconsin during his birthday and Christmas.
