Niu Ba Ba restaurant serves the Presidential Beef Noodle Soup and this was established by Wang Tsung Yuan who lived in Canada for more than two decades. Wang decided to go back to Taiwan and opened his beef noodle soup restaurant in 1990. His son Eric Wang Yiin Chyi is now the owner of the shop.
