Disney employees must strictly follow meticulous rules as ‘cast members’

Certain codes are being used by the cast members when it comes to unpleasant incidents. “Code V” is used for throw-up incident and “Code P” or “Code U” for urine. “Code H” refers to horse p00ps.

Every cast member who is playing a character must undergo “autograph training”. This is to ensure that fans will get the same autograph from a character no matter who is the cast member behind it.
