  • 3 tablespoons unsalted chicken stock
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces frozen medium shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
