Steps in Cooking Chicken & Spinach Skillet Pasta with Lemon and Parmessan:
Step 1 – Cook your pasta based on the directions stated in its package. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 2 – Heat oil in a big high-sided skillet over medium high-heat.
Step 3 – Add chicken, pepper, and salt. Stir occassionally until it is cooked. It may take 5-7 minutes.
Step 4 – Add garlic and cook it. Stir occassionally.
Step 5 – Stir in wine, zest, and lemon juice. Wait until simmer.
Step 6 – Remove the skillet from heat. Add your pasta and spinach and cover. Wait for the spinach to get wilted.
