Brittany and Abby Hensel were born sharing the same bodies in New Germany, Minnesota, USA on March 7, 1990. They look similar to each other but each of girls has her own heart, spine, stomach, spinal cord, and lungs.

However, Abby and Brittany share only one reproductive system, large intestine, and liver. Their specific condition is called dicephalic paragus twins. Each of them control one hand and one leg.
