Cycads: Plants Older Than Dinosaurs Face Extinction

Some variety grows small, just a few inches off while some can tower over a person’s head. Between 200 and 66 million years ago, this plant seemingly was scattered around the earth and paleontologists believe that dinosaurs helped it spread by eating the fruits with the seeds inside.
