The Singapore Night Safari was opened on May 3, 1994, and it is known as the first-ever nocturnal zoo in the whole world.

This tourist spot that opens exclusively at night is around 35 hectares (86 acres) of secondary rainforest in Singapore and features 900 animals representing more than 100 species that are most active during twilight and night. 41 percent of these species are the threatened species.
