In the Arabic chronicle named, Monument of Places and History of God’s Bondsmen, it was stated that Moor merchants from Indonesia purchased and transported Ceylon Cinnamon to East Africa. From there, it was transported to Europe by local merchants. They were not aware of the location of Sri Lanka.
