Disney employees must strictly follow meticulous rules as ‘cast members’

Disney employees call each other by the first name. This rule dates back to when Walt Disney said that he wanted to be called Walt and not Mr. Disney. There’s a weird aspect in this rule because there must be two same names. An employee with the same name as another employee should choose a name that he or she wants to be referred to while working.
