Cast members are also directed to point using just one finger as it can suggest being “rude”. It should be two fingers or the whole hand.

They must also pick piece of trash on the ground and they do it with a graceful “swoop-and-scoop” motion.

There is one phrase that is prohibited to be mentioned by the cast members and it is “I don’t know”. If someone asks for a direction, the cast member should find a way or ask someone else until the answer is found.
