Ice Cream History: How This Cold & Sweet Treat Started

Ice Cream and Artisan stated that according to legend,  Marco Polo was the one who brought this from China. There were stories also saying that Catherine de’ Medici introduced it to France and King Charles I had his own personal ice cream maker.

However, there are no pieces of evidence that would support these stories. It was said that these myths were probably introduced by Victorians.
