Queen Elizabeth II: If the British monarch dies, expect these things to occur

If the queen dies and she is not in London, a plane from the Royal Air Force will send a coffin with royal undertakers to bring her back by air, if she is abroad and a royal train will transport her to London, if she is in other areas in England.

However, a complicated situation will happen if Queen Elizabeth II will die at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where she spends every summer. It is because the Scottish rituals will be done after her death. Before being placed on the royal train to London, she will be moved to Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh and then be carried up the Royal Mile to St. Giles Cathedral for a service. If the train cannot transport her body back to London, it will be carried by plane.
