Quidditch: A Sport Inspired By The Harry Potter Movie Series

In 2010, an official governing body was created, the International Quidditch Association (IQA). The first headquarter was in Vermont and later on, it was transferred to New York.

The first Quidditch World Cup happened in 2011. It was joined by 94 teams from four different countries. Today, this sport continues to grow.
